The Texas Twins team of Reverend Wendy Wortham, Cindy Daniel and Anne Rowe Alexander attended the rehearsal dinner of Beautiful Bride Jacqueline and Groom Tony at this interesting Fort Worth, TX venue Friday evening.

As I had not yet been to a rehearsal dinner at a brewery, we were pleased to find that #Rahrbrewery offered plenty of seating along with a friendly staff in the downtown hospital district.

Rahr & Sons Brewing Company was founded by Fritz Rahr in 2004. A major malt supplier throughout the country, Fritz set out with the goal of making traditional brews with a Texas twist.

This brewery totals over 30,000 square feet with 2 rooms available for rent. The TANK room holds about 150 people and the PALLET room can hold 400. Numerous events have been held here including wedding receptions, birthdays, reunions, music showcases and more.

The brewery charges a rental fee of $20 a person for private parties. This fee includes brewery rental of three hours with a TABC certified staff, and a Rahr & Sons commemorative pint glass for each guest to use and take home. The minimum rental charge is $800 per event (applied to the first 40 guests) and a $400 non refundable deposit is needed to book/hold party dates. All brewery rentals require a $50 cleaning fee, and there is also a 8.25% sales tax added to all party rental costs. Tipping the bar staff is always appreciated.

Catering services are offered through recommended vendors, however you can also bring in your own food. Plan to bring your own water or soft drinks (or make arrangements with caterers) please do NOT being confetti or shelled peanuts.
