Military Waiver for Wedding License Fort Worth, TX Texas Twins Events

The required waiting period in Texas can be waived by a Judge when either the bride or the groom is active in the military.

Yesterday, I received a call regarding Counselling through Twogetherintexas, to waive the waiting period for a family who are not yet active military.

Occasionally, a Judge will still sign the waiver even thought the bride or groom are not yet active military if it can be proven through documentation that they are registered or deploying.
