My twin sister, Cindy Ann Daniel, previously Cindy Ann Mahaney, has a 26 year history of disappointments associated with the Office of Attorney General Child Support Office located at 6100 Western Place Fort Worth, TX 76107.

Unprofessional, unethical and certainly ineffective, representatives assigned to collect child support for Stephaney Rene Mahaney born 07-23-1987 and a child of Larry Warren Mahaney currently living in Mineral Wells, TX who has never paid one dollar of support to Cindy Ann Daniel, would have never gotten away with skirting support payments without the idiotic and bumbling paperwork issues of this particular Child Support Office in Fort Worth, TX that public paid officials who regularly treat mothers seeking support from deadbeat dads with rude, smart Alec remarks, lazy and sloppy ineffective filings and finally, last week AOG Representative Tameka Boyd assaulting my sister Cindy Ann Daniel by spitting in her face after reducing the MINIMUM amounts of UNPAID child support payments for Maryssa and Makenna Mahaney after screaming “can you prove it!” Covering Cindy Ann Daniel with her saliva while discussing a motion to Modify and Enforce in Parker County, TX District Court. Regarding the ability of Michael Wayne Scherer Jr to pay $200 for TWO children the past 10 years.

Yes, these OAG representatives are purported to assist parents, and I would suppose are also aware of the laws pertaining to support. This office of the Attorney General is the most inefficient and completely sloppily run Government Office I’ve ever encountered. For nearly thirty years this same office has cheated my sister out of child support payments by failing at each and every turn to DO THEIR JOB.

However, I intend to expose each and every government paid official related to continued misuse of hard working Americans tax dollars at work with this corrupt office of unethical employees and the financial, mental and now physical abuse towards my sister Cindy Ann Daniel who has spent her entire adult life seeking support without any assistance whatsoever from this ridiculous office. I’m planning to find her help by reporting each and every FAILED attempt made by this office, the lost documents the reasons for being unable to locate Larry Mahaney who has been living and working in Tarrant and Parker Counties as well as owning a home and filing tax returns in Texas the entire time!

September 28, 1989 in the District Court of Tarrant County, TX 360 Judicial Court in the Interest of Stephaney Rene Mahaney, Larry Warren Mahaney files for divorce after sending Cindy Ann Mahaney to visit her sister Wendy Marie Wortham, formerly Wendy Marie Hafele in San Clemente, Ca to spend a month with me at my home in Orange County.

The reasons for Larry Warren Mahaney to send Cindy Mahaney along with her daughters, Stephaney Mahaney and Leigh Ann Thomas to visit me in Southern California were not what you may be thinking.

Larry Mahaney sent Cindy and her children to my home to clean out ALL of the contents of their home including Leigh Ann and Stephanie’s clothing, toys and furniture as well as my sisters clothing and furniture in order to steal everything that did not belong to him since Larry Mahaney moved into my home in Texas with only a bed and a television. Each and every item he took belonged to myself or my sister and taking Cindy and the children’s personal effects gives you an idea of what a real piece of shit this dumb ass really is!

What’s worse is he would file for divorce and CLAIM to have possession of Stephaney Mahaney to skirt child support. Yep, if there ever were a guy in Texas that needed a pistol whipping it’s this son of a bitch. But, wait he had help from the dumb asses at the child support office. Yes, without school records, or any one document to prove to the court or this stupid ass Child Support Office Larry Mahaney gave an intentional bad address in California to ensure Cindy Mahaney was NON-SERVED in the matter of Larry Warren Mahaney and Cindy Ann Mahaney in the interest of Stephanie Rene Mahaney.

One month after arriving at San Diego, California airport, I drove my sister and the kids to return to DFW. Four hours later, Cindy Daniel called my home in San Clemente CA hysterical that her home was bare of any and all home furnishing, clothing, toys or food. Larry Mahaney even stole canned food items and silverware from their home. Since the bonneville my sister drove was the only asset Cindy Mahaney had in her possession other than the clothing in her luggage, I told her to go to a neighbors home and I would immediately drive to the airport in San Diego and fly to Dallas-Fort Worth International and be there ASAP.

Horrified that my sister had been robbed while visiting me in California, I would arrive at DFW five hours after receiving her call.

I walked through the home to find that even my curtains had been taken, my patio furniture and kitchen appliances too. My sister sat in the floor crying and I asked if the police had been notified, Leigh Ann six years old and Stephaney two years old were crying and looking for their toys.

Cindy barely able to catch her breath, handed me a note and said, Larry did this to me.

What the fucking hell was going on here? I read the note ” I have another family. I know Wendy left her furniture and car- I needed it more than you or her and the car is in the back.” I walked outside to find my car stripped of the seats, radio and tires on bricks.

If you don’t think I’ve waited thirty years to get my hands on this piece of shit sorry excuse of a human being-THINK AGAIN!

I loaded the bonneville myself with Cindy’s luggage and drove to McDonalds to get food for Leigh Ann and Stephanie. I then gassed up her car and headed back home to San Clemente, CA with my sister and her children.

Two years later, while at church with Leigh Ann and Stephaney, my sister and I would return to her apartment one week before Christmas and find the apartment door of her new home kicked in and the only asset she had left from her marriage to deadbeat piece of shit, Larry Warren Mahaney stolen containing the two car seats and strollers along with Christmas gifts for her children by none other than the bastard Larry. Again, this sorry excuse of a human being had left a note. “I found your address from directory assistance, I knew you would be at church with your sister. Don’t report it stolen because it’s in my name too. I’m selling it!”

How on earth I ever got my sister to recover from the things this bastard did to her and those children, I will never know. Constantly depressed and prone to crying jags and vomiting, Cindy would never fully recover from the crap, criminal Larry Mahaney did to her and those children.

Enrolling my sister in an educational program to attain job skills in California and caring for her children, it would be four years before I returned with my sister and her children to Fort Worth, TX.

Cindy and the girls moved to Ridgmar Square Apts and we enrolled the girls at ML Phillips Elementary. We took turns caring for Leigh Ann and Stephaney when either of us was not working. We raised them along with my son, Robert Hafele together. These three children considered both my sister and I their mothers.

My sister went to the Child Support Enforcement Office of the Attorney General located at 6100 Western Place many times over a 16 year period seeking support from Larry Warren Mahaney- these idiots never even ordered support from Larry Warren Mahaney Cause Number 360-140181-89 in the Interest of Stephaney Rene Mahaney, a Minor Child 360th Judicial Court Tarrant County, TX.

“This action is brought forth by the Attorney General of Texas in providing services authorized by Chapter 76, Texas Human Resources Code.”

“The mother of the child herein after called Obligee is Cindy Ann Thomas, a resident of Fort Worth, TX. The father, herein after called obligor, Larry Warren Mahaney.” This motion to set support in suit affecting parent child relationship. It was never ORDERED!

On July 14, 1993 the Attorney General Central Office of Fort Worth, after 16 years of visits from my sister to this office begging them to enforce and order child support, Non Suited “unable to locate respondent.”

Ridiculous, inexcusable, and a tragedy to Justice, this Government Office would prevent my sister the opportunity to ever financially receive support on behalf of Stephaney Rene Mahaney.

Although, Cindy Ann Daniel owned a home in Parker County, her children attended school in Parker County and she paid taxes in Parker County, the Attorney General couldn’t locate her? What the fucking hell is wrong with this office?!

26 years later, the same ineffective and inept office after TEN YEARS has been negligent in enforcing court ordered child support for Maryssa Ann and Makenna Marie Mahaney to be paid to Cindy Ann Daniel.
