Need a Wedding Officiant or Traveling Minister in the DFW area ?

I’ve received several phone calls recently from brides seeking a wedding Officiant in Texas, as I’m registered with Texas as an Officiant, my name and phone number are listed on Google index pages as well as Wedding Wire and Gig Salad.

Funeral/Memorial services are gifted with a floral design created by me.

These phone calls prompted me to review pricing for an Officiant in Texas, which surprised me based on the variations.

While a wedding or vow renewal started at $295 on Love Notes, a vow rehearsal & ceremony is listed at $395, with a funeral at $295, and Christening are listed at $250. Holidays are a $50 up charge.

The three phone calls I received over the past 2 days, had me wondering why the callers believed $150-200 to be excessive for a wedding Officiant?

Whenever I receive a call or email for an upcoming event, I immediately ask for the date of the event. To properly schedule and allow myself enough time to dedicate to your event, this is a necessary question.

Deposits are required on events to protect me from clearing my calendar for an event that is cancelled at the last minute.

Often, there are those with limited income who contact me, I try to avail myself whenever possible at a reduced rate or no charge based on the finances of the client.

I do hope this clears up fee structures for those seeking an Officiant and welcome any questions you may have by phone or email.
